How do I get my e-book?

Right after payment you'll see a download link on the order confirmation page, and we also email it to you.

What format are the e-books?

PDF. They work on phones, tablets, e-readers that support PDF and computers, and you can print them.

How does the bundle work?

Choose any 3 titles. Add the bundle to your cart and write your 3 titles in the order note, or reply to your order confirmation email, and we'll send your downloads.

I didn't receive my download link. What now?

Check your spam folder first. If it isn't there, contact us with your order number and we'll resend it.

Can I get a refund?

Please see our refund policy. Because e-books are delivered instantly as digital content, special rules apply. If a file is damaged or doesn't open, contact us and we'll fix it.

Can I share or resell the e-books?

No. Each e-book is licensed for the personal use of the buyer. Please don't share, upload or resell the files.

Do the e-books give legal, tax or financial advice?

No. They are general, practical guides. Rules differ by country, so check local rules or ask a qualified professional about your situation.

Which currencies can I pay in?

Prices are shown in euros. Your bank or card provider converts the amount if you pay in another currency.
